Funeral services for Kenneth N. Hansen, 72, of Sioux Falls, were held Thursday, July 30, 2015, at St.

ichael atholic hurch. r. anson died Saturday, July 25, 2015, at his home surrounded by his family. Kenneth was born April 15, 1943 in Laurel, to Carl and Marie (Rasmussen) Hansen. He grew up and attended school in Laurel, Lone Tree and Wayne, Neb.

He graduated from Wayne High School in 1961. He later graduated with a degree from Wayne State College. Ken married Anne Verzani on Aug. 9, 1980 in Elk Point. They raised their family in Brandon before moving to Sioux alls in 1994.

He worked a an accountant at Zen ith of Iowa, Electronics and Litton Comp any. He became a courier for Sanford USD Medical center and happily remained there for 20 years. He is survived by Anne, his wife of 35 years; daughters, Christine (Yingst) Rios and her husband, Roy, Sioux Falls, Angela (Yingst) Sipple and her husband, Andrew, Albertville, Nancy (Yingst) arquardt and her husband, Grant, Sioux Falls, and Debbie (Yingst) Parks and her husband, Butch, Okoboji, Iowa; sister, Elenore Merritt and her husband James, Norfolk, brother, Carl LeRoy Hansen and his ife, Shirley, South Sioux ity, and 11grand- hildren, Trever Marquardt, Nathan Mattox, ristan Marquardt, Cecilia Sipple, Viggo Rios, Luke Sipple, Elijah Rios, Gabriella Sipple, Alexander Sipple, Rudy Parks and Mary Sipple. OBITUARIES Kenneth Hansen Louise Memorial services for Louise Elizabeth (Goheen) Bieber, 82, of Brandon, were held Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, at Heartland Funeral Home, Brandon. Mrs. Bieber died Wednesday, July 29, 2015, a the Dougherty Hospice ome, Sioux Falls after a short battle with cancer. Lou was born April 24, 1933, in a midwife house i Aberdeen, S.D., to Grant and Hulda (Raug ust) Goheen.

She was born into a family with 10 rothers and two sisters. She attended elementary chool at Adams School and graduated from Cent ral High School in 1952. She attended nine months a the Aberdeen School of Commerce after graduation. In childhood she attended the Salvation A rmy Church and the Assembly of God Church. ou married Aaron Bieber on May 3, 1952 and moved with him during the Air Force enlistment Sherman, Great alls, and finally Air Force Base, Chicago, Ill.

At AFB, she worked in the finance office. After enlistment, hey stayed in the area. hey had two children, David Brian and Cynthia Lynn. In 1958, they returned to Aberdeen and Lou worked in the Gamble Store (Tempo Department Store) for 21years as a bookkeeper, accountant, and finally as the receiving manager. When the store closed in 1981, Lou attended 19 semester ours of accounting and business a Northe rn State niver- sity and worked at the Hub A rea Technical School as sec- for 14 During this ime, they lived on a farm 25 miles north of Aber- een.

She then worked part-time as office man- a ger of the Aberdeen Builders Exchange. After hey moved to Brandon in 2003, Lou worked two years part-time for Mills Enterprise Trucking in ioux Falls, and when they closed, she retired in 2 007. Lou was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Good Shepherd utheran and later joined a mission church, Holy ross Lutheran in Aberdeen, until 2003. When they moved to Brandon, they joined Brandon Lutheran Church. She was volunteer general treasurer and part-time office for Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Aberdeen, and leader of the TOPS diet support group in Brandon.

On March 17, 2015, Lou ieber was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer which had moved to the liver. She soon aft er entered the hospice rogram with Aaron. he is survived by her husband, Aaron Bieber; son, David (Patricia) Bieber, Aberdeen; daugh- er, Cindy (Martin) Borske, Mason City, I owa; grandson, Ben (Christine) Piearson; and ne great-granddaughter, Riley, Cape Cod, ne granddaughter, Vanessa Piearson, Mason ity, Iowa; brothers, John (Paula) Goheen, Lexing- on, and Eugene Goheen of San Diego, two sisters-in-law, Jan Goheen, Rapid City, and illie Goheen, Boca Raton, Fla. ou was preceded in death by her parents, eight brothers and two sisters. or the complete obit- ary and online condo- ences, visit www.hear- tlandfunerals.com.
