Method: Cut maraschino cherries into small pieces with scissors or sharp knife into bowl. Stir in pineapple, lemon rind, lemon and pine-aple juice, sugar, and salt. Roll pastry on lightly floured pastry cloth or board. Line 6 muffin pans with rolled pastry; trim and flute edges. Spoon fruit mixture into each.

One hundred guests attended the reception in the Church parlors.
